Beachwood carried out my dad’s funeral service in 2019 and couldn’t fault them. Recently my keyring with my dad’s finger print broke and I was unable to find the part containing the fingerprint. I emailed Beachwood to see if the still had my dads fingerprints to replace my broken keyring. The replied almost instantly and resolved the matter. Amazing service
