I cannot recommend Sarah at Ernest Cock & Sons highly enough. She organised both my Nan’s funeral and my Mum’s funeral, and throughout both of the most difficult times in my life she brought me an incredible amount of comfort and support.
Sarah is one of the most genuine, compassionate and thoughtful people you could hope to have guiding you through such a hard process. Her attention to detail is exceptional, she doesn’t miss a thing, and she takes the time to ensure everything is handled with care, dignity and respect.

From the very start Sarah made us feel so comfortable, she has such a warm presence and also made us laugh during such a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she went the extra mile to ensure myself and my grandad were happy with everything. Communication from Sarah was fantastic, and she made my grandma look absolutely beautiful ready for the chapel of rest visit. Sarah very kindly did my grandmas fingerprint, cut a lock of her hair and put them into a lovely frame. I could go on and on but I’m not sure if there’s a word limit!!
