Now like other pet owners, to everyone else 'its JUST a pet' but to you they are the whole world and my earth shattered when I lost my beautiful 3 year old hamster Norman on Monday morning. (11/5)
I rang up about 9am and there was a lovely lady who took my details and managed to book me in to my local CPC and allowed me to drop Norman off within the hour.
I arrived at Tewkesbury CPC at 10.30 and I was greeted by the most wonderfully compassionate and empathetic lady. (Debbie i believe, so so sorry if im mistaken!)

Sadly I lost my baby Friday and we lost our other dog 3years ago both CPC and they are so helpful and kind they do go out there way for you even if you are a PDSA client they were brilliant with Missy and now baby Skye. Its such a hard time but having someone understanding and caring makes it that little bit better and its so nice they allow individual cremations. Thankyou for all your help and kindness.

My beautiful girl Tink went to rainbow bridge on 23rd December 2025 and i arranged for her cremation with cpc,
I phoned them up paid for her cremation and casket then was told she would be collected on 24th December as that was their next collection date for my vet,
I messaged them on 28th December to ensure my girl was collected ok from the vets only to be told she was not and she was still at the vet meaning over the Christmas period she was left alone in a fridge at the vet until they would collect her on 30th December with no communication from cpc on either 24th or 27th December when th

Rang CPC this morning at 11(ish) as sadly my little side kick and best friend of 23 years had sadly passed. Lady on the phone very compassionate and caring and said if we could get Minnie there within an hour we could have her home today. 2/3 hours after dropping her off I got the call to pick her up.

I originally sent an email to CPC on 14th April 2025 requesting a "call back " to arrange my pets' cremation.
I was called back the same day by a gentleman who talked me through the process. The conversation was pleasant and informative. Before payment I expressed my concerns regarding my pet's ashes being delivered, as I was worried and didn't want my parcel being "thrown into the back of a van".
