My parrot, Mij, was cremated abroad and it didn’t go as I had hoped, but Anthony really came to my rescue. He got back to my email so quickly and gave me so much reassurance. Taking Mij to Lime Kiln farm really was as good of an experience as it could be. The drive was beautiful, Anthony was so kind, and the place itself was just where you’d want to be for such a thing. Anthony refined his ashes at no cost, and gave Mij back to me in the way I had wanted. It meant so much to have him looked after properly and respectfully. Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my Theo, most definitely the worst day of my life.
Id met Anthony the day before, so I could arrange everything before hand.
The kindness, compassion & complete understanding was truly incredible & hugely appreciated.
