Jeanette and her lovely team looked after me so well after the sudden passing of my mum. She was so compassionate and clearly went through everything that she was going to do and what was going to happen. This is the second time my family have used Kane and I couldn’t fault anything. Would definitely recommend Jeanette and her team. They took care of everything in the most horrendous times of the passing of a loved one. Thank you Jeanette you helped me through it and helped give my beautiful mum a lovely send off 💕👼

A huge thank you to Melissa for arranging my brother's funeral. She made a very sad time a lot easier with her understanding and put me at ease when I saw her or spoke on the phone. Not everyone can do her job, she's a special lady.

We had our dad's funeral yesterday, it was arranged by Jeanette and the team. I want to say how amazing, Jeanette was and so helping with the arrangements for our dads funeral, nothing was too much trouble. When I say somebody made you feel at ease and was so empathetic Jeanette was 100% Then the day came to lay my dad to rest, wow! Jeanette looked so amazing and wore a red tie because we said our dad was a huge Mam utd fan, the team wore red ties too.
