I can't express how thankful me and my family are for Steph in helping us with all the arrangements for my mum's funeral. Steph went above and beyond for us and made a very difficult time that bit more bearable. The care and compassion she shown us as a family we knew we had chosen the right person to look after our mum. We would also like to thank the team that looked after us on the day they were compassionate, professional nothing was too much for them thank you.

When my dad died he had a funeral plan with Gresty’s on woodhouse lane everyone was so nice especially Steph she was so kind and helpful she really was .
