Losing my dear Mum was the worst situation I had imagined…The whole “what next?” etc was daunting and bewildering. Deciding to use Mears, we did so purely on location initially. We all live locally and I particularly wanted to know that my dear Mum would be nearby. On meeting Steve, I was immediately put at ease and felt I could be open and honest about my grief and fears.
