Absolutely brilliant service from B Matthews, and in particular Gill who really made dealing with such a sensitive and distressing situation so much easier for all the family. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I can't speak highly enough of the whole team from the initial contact to the funeral itself. Everything and I mean everything went off without a hitch, even arranging for the sun to shine on the day of Dad's funeral! Dad had a wonderful send-off, helped in no small part by B Matthews. The family thank you all.

My family and I were extremely impressed with the excellent service we received from B Matthews in Woolston. Gill and Lee were very professional, caring & understanding when arranging our beloved Dad’s funeral. They listened sensitively and attentively to our wishes and helped us to provide a service which was very fitting to dad’s long life. Because of family circumstances we had just 10 days to organise everything. Gill and Lee were very mindful of this and everything was swiftly put in place to deliver a good ‘send off’ for our 96 year old dad. We would highly recommend this funeral direct

My mum Violet passed away in March and I contacted B Matthews funeral directors, Woolston. Gill was professional, compasionate and very supportive during a very sad and distressing time. Any questions and queries were answered immediately, sensitively and communication with us was faultless. On the day of the funeral Helen the funeral director was supportive and put us at our ease.
