Having used this firm for my father's funeral in 2021, I had no hesitation in returning there again when my mother passed away a couple of months ago.
The staff combine efficiency with warmth and understanding, so I felt I was in very good hands throughout the whole process. As I do not live locally, I appreciated the fact that all arrangements could be carried out on line, though my husband and I also felt welcome when I did go into the office to sort out photos etc.
