After my first email enquiry Lisa gave me a call on the telephone she listened to my ideas and suggested Tunbridge Wells Crematorium Chapel which I had never heard of. It was perfect. Lisa was in constant contact with me thought the planning stages. She also called me two days before and on the day itself to ensure everything was going to plan. Thank you to Abbey Funeral Services in Tonbridge for helping us to send our Papa off in style. Their kindness to us all at this sad time went above and beyond all our expectations. They showed great dignity and respect from the time they collected our Papa from his home to the day of his Funeral. This included walking in front of the hearse when our Uncle & Aunt were picked up in Tonbridge. The flowers were truly beautiful.
