Paul and Sarah were at all times, calm and caring. They put us all at ease, and conducted all of the organising, planning etc, with the utmost respect and care. Sarah conducted the actual service as we had asked for a Humanist service, and she was calm and professional. At no time did we feel rushed to move on. We all felt that one of the most moving moments of the day was that the funeral cortage stopped outside the Care Home where Mum had been when she passed, so that the staff could pay their respects.
