Superb service on our initial meeting with Debbie for the funeral of my darling brother taken too soon. She was calming, knowledgeable and sympathetic. Absolutely wonderful in your hour of need. Excellent from start to finish, she even stood on the Funeral Parlour steps and bowed her head as we slowly drove past which was very touching. They are making the most out of your grief and loss.
Initially arrangements and funeral was well organised. Following that it has all gone downhill. They did not contact me to inform that my father had returned after cremation. They attempted to smooth things over.
I am so disappointed with the service I have received from this “person centred service”
They just want to drain your money in your time of need.
Avoid and use another firm like AW Lymns.
