They were incredibly professional, deeply caring and paid attention to every single detail. From walking in and being greeted by Gill, a warm, friendly and calm lady. Who went above any beyond to help me arrange three funeral plans. The computer was playing up, pushing patience of a saint, but Gill kept smiling and calm.
