When Maggie rang me on Friday I was happy with the service they provided.
Now I hear from the mourners that went in the funeral car that when they arrived at the office the staff were eating Chinese take away !
Such unprofessionalism and no respect for the mourners. One of the staff started to spray air freshener around the reception.
This is not an acceptable standard. How would they feel if it were their relation.
So angry and disappointed 🤬
