The Hampstead branch's funeral director who organised the funeral was compassionate, helpful and accommodating without ever being obsequious. Her colleagues on the day were respectful, calm and professional. The hearse and limousines were were beautifully maintained, the limousines were comfortable and well driven. The funeral went smoothly and the one moment of confusion was quickly and quietly resolved. I can't think of anything negative to say about Kenyon's service.
