Very close to St Paul’s Cathedral, yet surprisingly overlooked by many people. The church is incredibly atmospheric. I was lucky enough to hear the organ playing when I arrived, which made the experience even better. High ceilings, beautifully designed walls, light coming through the stained glass - it all comes together in a way that feels calm and powerful without trying too hard. It’s a great place to step into for a quiet moment away from the crowds. Definitely worth visiting.

Really enjoyed visiting this priory church recently. It is very striking and impactful. The church was used as a filming location for the movie Four Weddings and a Funeral. Built between 1597 and 1614, it is the only house in the City of London to have survived the Great Fire of London in 1666.

I took photos today, but what stayed with me wasn’t just the architecture—it was the sense that these spaces are alive. They were built to be open, to

An old and often overlooked church within the city, with architecture dating back to the Norman era. It offers a unique atmosphere, quite different from St Paul’s, which can feel a little too ‘modern’ by comparison.
