From my initial telephone call and contact with Ryan to the day of the funeral I can honestly say I was so impressed with the service provided. Our funeral arranger, Jean, was wonderful from our initial contact with her right throughout the process. She was so empathetic and professional, explaining everything that needed to be done and carefully going over each step so that we fully understood. Jean and Glynis done a great job. Glynis took over when Jean was off and completed everything we required she was fabulous from showing us in person the order of service as we had only seen the pictures on a sheet with Jean....we changed our mind on the picture after seeing in person and Glynis took it all on and sorted everything we needed. We felt this was a massive help in our grief. She is an absolute credit to James Brown and gives people such warmth and care over losing loved ones.
