We had quite precise instructions in that he was to have a funeral service in St Wulframs followed by graveside committal and internment in Fleckney, Leicestershire.
Ruth was kind, empathetic and very efficient.
My sister dealt with most of the arrangements but Ruth ensured that I was kept informed at all times.
The staff on the day were quiet, respectful and caring. It was a tight schedule to fit everything in but it went like clockwork. Thankyou doesn't seem enough.
