Lou went above and beyond for my mum and for us as a family and gave her the send off she deserved I knew my mum was in the best hands… when visiting my mum in the chapel of rest he had her favourite music playing for her and it really gave me great comfort in such a hard time… would definitely recommend anyone who wants there loved one respected and looked after to use Crawleys Lou is a top man can’t thank him enough

If I could give zero stars I would.
I went to visit my father’s grave 10 plots down and was told by the owner to move as he had a funeral. I would understand if I was making noise but I was picking dead flowers off the grave. The owner is highly insensitive. Not the fact that the funeral was also for someone I know
