We met Jack under the most horrible circumstances following the death of my wonderful mother. He was caring, compassionate and dealt with the situation very efficiently but with care. Over the next 5 weeks we worked with Kirby to make arrangements and she was absolutely brilliant. We didn't want a traditional funeral and they helped us organise the most wonderful celebration of my mums life and we could not be more grateful for their help and support.
