Where do I start ,from the very beginning a w lymn were fantastic ,on the death of my dad the care and compassion shown by all your staff was just perfect ,on arranging the funeral everything was so straightforward and nothing too much trouble. The care for my dad towards the funeral was so kind ,you kept us updated at all times as to what was happening and what was going to happen on the funeral day ,the day itself ,you were all so professional and again so caring towards us all ,and for that I can't thank you enough .I have just collected my dad's ashes and again nothing is too much trouble

From the moment I walked through the door at Rainworth A W Lymn I was put at ease. Becky came through with a smile on her face, spoke with empathy and settled my nerves. As this was my first 'death' I had no clue how or what the protocol was. Becky guided me through everything. Every step. Nothing was missed.
The day came and Mum was given the perfect send off. The hearse was gleaming. The flowers were beautiful. Jonathon and the pall bearers were very respectful.
Our funeral was a small simple service but by no means were we treated any less. I would not hesitate in recommending.

David our funeral director sat down with me and my sister and explained anything we wondered. He helped us plan every detail for the day and wasn't pushing for bigger and better sales.
