As a funeral celebrant, I have witnessed first-hand just how passionate, caring and committed they both are to their jobs. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they deal sensitivity and professionally with all clients who come through their door. They really do go above and beyond to make sure that each person is given the send off that they deserve!

There are no words to express how amazing both Tracey and Rhian at Thomas Morgan are. During the worst time of my life, losing my mum, Tracey and Rhian were my rocks. Every step of the funeral process was managed by Rhian and Tracey, I didn't need to worry about a thing. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was approached with tack and respect. My mum paid for her funeral in advance, and I was sceptical about using a chain funeral home. My concerns couldn't have been further from the truth. At a time when your world is falling appart you don't feel that anyone will be able to do anything to help but these people go above and beyond to ensure your whole family is looked after. They have taken the best care of my brother on his last journey and no request has been to bizarre or too much to ask. Whilst many might say it is their job to care these go beyond that to a level that is impossible to provide just because something is in their job description. I have grown to know them and them me and my family and can hand on heart say I would regard these people as dear family friends .
