Our beautiful boy Dylan passed away last Monday and Tawel was recommended to me by the vet after having positive feedback by other customers. Leaving my boy was the hardest but having met Catrin, I knew he would be in safe hands. Catrin was very sympathetic, caring and made me feel at ease. I collected Dylan the day after and the attention to detail with his casket and memory box shows just how much she cares, it was beautiful.

Tawel is a privately owned Crematorium for pets.
Catrin from Trawel has shown me sympathy, kindness, understanding, surport, compasion and love since I first phoned her.
She explained things to me and she kept in touch by phone and email every step of the way. She collected Siri at the vets and returned his ashes to the vets within four days for me to collect.
His ashes came beautifully packed with a certificate, paw prints, a bottle of his fur, flower seeds. A personal note and a letter.
The cost was reasonable for the service recieved.

I would highly recommend Tawel pet crematorium. We knew my sisters pug was going to pass away in the coming weeks and catrin was helpful in guiding me through everything before hand and they even have a WhatsApp facility. Which is very helpful to use when you’re upset or struggle on the phone. The morning Leo passed away I was able to message Catrin which was helpful as I was so upset making a call would have been difficult.
