OG HARRIES were amazing from my initial phone call to helping me start the process I did not know where to start. Hefin arranged for my mum to be brought from Tottenham to Pontyberem with care and consideration updated me every step of the way.
He showed compassion n professionalism throughout, spoke day or evening even checked I was ok during time beforehand and on journey down and back knowing I am in recovery from my heart operation myself.
