She had requested when well that she have a direct cremation, and Philippa could not have done more to make a potentially impersonal experience personal. She encouraged us to choose music and a reading, and allowed the family to include photos and letters in the coffin. Absolutely First Class! From the moment I called Philippa just hours after my Nanna had passed away, up to today, she has been so caring, supportive, thoughtful and professional. Matthew was also fabulous on the day of the service, which was the most beautiful funeral I’ve ever been to; Nanna was treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
