W G Rathbone in Stratford Upon Avon were excellent in arranging my brother's funeral. Leanne and Laura in the office were helpful, kind and struck exactly the right tone during the planning. On the day, Martin lead the team and again we cannot speak highly enough of the way they carried out their duties. I must also commend the 2 guys who came to collect my brother on the day he passed. Again they were considerate and helped us through a difficult time.

I only have good things to say about Rathbones in Stratford. Laura and Leanne were so easy to deal with and held our hands every step of the way. Louise and Mike looked after us beautifully on the day. At no point through the whole process did we feel rushed or pushed to make decisions. It was really important to us to give dad a full send off and we couldn’t have done it as well as we did without the help from all the team at Rathbones.
