★☆☆☆☆ Enquired about my babies headstone in 2019, response was delayed so decided to put it on hold. Tried again March 2020 & made it clear headstone needed to be down for 1st wk in August. Gail is absolutely useless, rude & fails to get back to you. I sent repeated emails with no response. I had to go to the office for updates. I paid my deposit but the job was started, I had to go back again. Was promised proofs & fonts didn’t receive, had to go to the office for answers. Then was told it won’t be ready on time. It had to be put down on my sons birthday & the taken up the next day to be completed.
