I can‘t thank Karen at the Co-op Funeralcare Oldbury enough for everything she did in handling my mother’s funeral. From the initial meeting to looking after my mother and the day of the funeral everything was handled so beautifully with care and so appreciated at this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral Toni and the team were fantastic, everything ran so smoothly, including accommodating us with an unusual request, without hesitation.

The CO-OP has been part of our family since mom & dad met back in the 60’s, so for dad to end with them taking care of him was so important & his last wish.

During such a sad time all you need is guidance and support and Karen did just that. From the very beginning to the very end and even to checking afterwards how we all are after the funeral.
