Professional, pleasant, sincere, efficient company. Followed up our initial interest within days of emailing me brochure etc. Even gave us a couple more weeks to investigate other companies. I phoned them in the end wanting to sign up with them. Good and easy questions and answers - all done and dusted within 20 minutes. Our individual contracts arrived quickly. Followed by phone call to see if all ok. Very, very impressed with this company but hope we don't have to use them for good many years.

The advert makes it sound like other companies will chuck you in the ground and dance round you. £4000 for a funeral is a ridiculous amount and totally untrue. Its scare tactics and its disgraceful.

The most shoddy, inadequate, abysmal company ive ever dealt with. My nan, who was end of life (naively) trusted this rubbish, incompetent company to sort her funeral. She had it all arranged, but wanted to change something. As stated in the information pack in black and white she was allowed to change anything, anytime for free. They REFUSED her to do this, they would not allow her. It caused her so so much pain and heart ache in her last few weeks. She then proceeded to complain, aa they went against their OWN policies.
