Oh I'm not sure if I have the right place. However, I visited diginity funerals recently for a funeral arrangement and spoke to a lovely lady with curly hair. Apparently she isn't there all the time as she works at different places so unfortunately didn't get her name. However, I will visit again to ask. She was really helpful, listened to what I wanted and gave a me a good selection of options for me to consider and choose from. Very helpful and professional indeed. Many thanks. Ivy.

My mother took out a funeral plan with Dignity, in the hope this would save me money and hassle. And how wrong she was. When it came to arranging her funeral, their local subsidiary, Phillips, in St Albans, failed to respond to my enquiries, and reminders, and took more than three weeks to get back to me. Not really acceptable for a funeral and, by then, I’d given up, and gone elsewhere. To be fair, I did get my mother’s money back from Dignity, plus the princely sum of £100 ‘compensation’. But I wonder how much interest they’d made on the thousands they’d been sitting on for years?

They seemed to have removed my slating review of 2 years ago. Completely ignored all funeral requests despite written instructions too. Avoid !!!

I went nearly 9 months with zero communication after the transfer began.
When I finally received communication, the information provided was incorrect for both of my policies. I had to wait over a week for a call back because the "dedicated" line couldn't resolve the issues with my account as they work on a different system. They claimed they couldn't do anything due to lack of information, yet it only took me 60 minutes to contact my pr
