I used Distinct Cremations for my sisters funeral. I can not fault anything from the being of the process to the end. Staff are friendly, compassionate and empathetic. Sarah was my go too and she was brilliant. But all other staff I spoke to or had interaction with were also brilliant. The crematorium was lovely (Mercia Forest Essington) and the funeral went to plan and my sister had an attended dignified send off without being ripped off, so to speak. I will definitely use Distinct Cremations again. Service, staff, everything was perfect.

I chose Distinct Cremations as they are quite a small Company and my first enquiry was a positive experience. Tracey answered all of my questions ( I had a few ! ) with absolutely no pressure to purchase a plan or heavy sell techniques .
I took out my plan a week later .
I now have a plan which means my cremation is exactly how I wish it to be and is no stress whatsoever for my Daughter .

There was never any pressure to purchase plans, but, after finding out about everything on offer, I decided to purchase plans for myself and my husband. After contacting other companies for information on cremation plans I chose Distinct Cremation as I felt more at ease with them. Sarah was my contact at DS and was really helpful and caring. She contacted me again after I received the plan to make sure I understood everything and if I had any questions. To spread the cost for myself and my husband I have taken out one 12 month interest free plan this year and will take out another one next year. It couldn’t have been any easier to set up.
