If I could give 100 stars, I honestly would. I didn't know where to start when booking and arranging a funeral, but Gaynor and Carol helped so much. From the very beginning, I knew my Paul was being looked after. The service was perfect and everything went smoothly, and thanks to you all, I can finally relax, knowing you also helped give Paul the best send off. Gaynor and her team are a credit to the profession, excellent service, nothing is too much trouble, go the extra mile and such a loving personal touch. Able to contact them anytime day or night, also dealt with collecting family member who sadly passed away in another country, dealt with the documentation needed and transportation. You made such a difficult time a lot easier, I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done. On the day,everything was perfect. We’re do I start five stars is simply not enough it needs to be 100+ stars Gaynor and her team do go above and beyond my husband passed away in July and when I went to see Gaynor she never treated us like a client/customer she treated us like a friend she was so lovely and my late husband was treated with so much care and dignity I would recommend her to anyone Gaynor was always at the end of the phone.
