After a very short illness my husband Paul sadly past away. From the first phone call to A&A Walters right up to the last meeting with them, I can't really put into words. Their attention to details was superb. When we first met with Stacy it was amazing, as Paul had such a passion about Subaru car's when we suggested the funeral details we had in mind, they were met with delight from Stacy. And she didn't disappoint. From funeral car ,order of service to flowers. Nothing was a problem and delivered. I would recommend A & A Walters to anyone. I can't thank all of them team enough.

My Dad George passed away after a short illness and arranging his funeral was our biggest emotional dread. However, Karen Newey at A&A Walters put us at ease and made our experience as comfortable as possible. She was knowledgeable, caring and compassionate and made the experience easy, which we will be eternally grateful for. Stacey at this funeral directors in Tipton was amazing from start to finish for helping to organise my mom Patricia June Riley funeral. Made us cuppas and was comforting when we got upset talking of mom she showed us all our options and was happy to make changes to the funeral cards when she sent the preview as I knew if I read my poem after I listened to the one song I wouldn't have been able to read it. When we went to finalise a few details they had mom laid out for us and the staff did an excellent job looking after mom she was dressed nice her hair had been washed styled and even painted

Sadly my mom passed away in Lanzarote on the 24th October 2025, we arranged for my Mom to be flew home to the care of Walter’s. From speaking to Phil and making them aware my Mom was being taken to them, he gave me great comfort that my mom would be looked after which she was.
