★☆☆☆☆ Disgusting they told us nothing but lies!! Said my mom was in Wolverhampton morgue and couldn’t see her until we payed nearly 3 grand deposit in 2 days. Before that they told my dad my mom was with them in Dudley and we could visit her. She was in Russell hall hospital all along see we could have gone and seen her. By time
The new funeral directors got her back they said we couldn’t see my mom so we didn’t have opportunity to see her. All about money never showed no love towards us!
