We as a family are so thankful to Dignity Waits of Lichfield. From my first contact after mum had passed the whole experience was so reassuring and so smooth. We and Mum were treated with upmost dignity and respect. Linda was amazing and made arranging mum's funeral so easy, she worked so hard to find us what we wanted for mum's final journey. This experience was so professional right from the collection of my late Wife. They came very quickly so as to minimise the distress at home, and quietly and politely went about their business. When we went to see my dear Wife in the chapel of rest the whole experience was so relaxed with such a wonderful presentation of her as she lay in white silk.A lot of thought had gone into making my visit a throughly warm experience and not one of dismay, even down to her hair style which was copied from a photograph. Claire who's compassion and sympathy shown for myself and my aunty on the day we initially went will not be forgotten. Unlike her colleague who was completely the opposite! Debbie did a wonderful service and was really kind and caring with it. But most of all, Emma (the amazing lady in the top hat with the funeral procession) I honestly don't know what I would have done without you on the day. And I cannot thank you enough. I was really poorly and you looked after me and was so kind.
