When you are at your most vulnerable Wombourne Funeral Services were outstanding. In the office, Tracey was kind and sensitive whilst being efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. She supported Mum & I in making decisions about my Dad’s funeral and was extremely understanding when my Mum changed her mind! From when my dear beloved wife passed away she was treated with respect, as was I and all her family. They gave us plenty of time to say our goodbye to her after she passed away and was very professional at all times.

The worst time in anyones life is when someone you love is gone. The Company collected Mom and gave us useful help and advise and the good service continued. Tracey handled Moms funeral with care and sensitivity, whilst getting the job done. The order of service and the funeral itself all organised and the day of the funeral was perfect. We were given friendly advise as needed and support. I have never been through this experience and can say every member of staff was wonderful.
