She's a font of knowledge and very professional while being chatty and friendly.
Myself and my husband have booked our funerals with coop and would recommend this branch and Natalie highly.
Nothing is too much trouble and she answers the questions that can be difficult to ask.
I just hope that Natalie is still here when I go so she can look after me..I feel I'm in good hands.
She's sorted everything out from timings ofour funeralsservice to my make up and our shrouds.

Recently had to use Coop Wombourne for my Mom’s pre-paid funeral plan. Natalie was amazing from start to finish, putting us at ease and making the whole process much easier, nothing was too much trouble. The day went really well, with the staff being so professional, special mention to Jan who was so kind, caring and again made what felt like a storm going on in my head so much calmer. I would highly recommend Coop funeral Wombourne, they guided us with everything from start to finish , we couldn’t have asked for better help at this sad time losing our precious dad.
