The team at Maddocks really are the most caring and empathetic people.
My Aunt passed away suddenly and it was absolutely horrendous for our family. They really made the most terrible time a hell of a lot easier for us all right from the very start, up until her funeral. The support they provided was above and beyond. Visiting her in the Chapel of Rest was really daunting for me but they were so lovely and made me feel much more comfortable; even taking my disability needs into account.

We wanted a non-religious funeral for our beloved aunt and friend, Val, and we wanted to conduct it ourselves. An hour with Adam and we more or less had it wrapped up. He even had a copy of the order of service for Val’s late husband which was helpful.
He took time out to show us around the crematorium and explain the technology. On the day, he described exactly what would happen and, to ease the nerves, he queued in the music and the slide show at the event.
