I still have not received my father's ashes as Dignity has changed their mind about refunds, awful experience. My father is basically being held to ransom. Jennings are fantastic, but not Dignity

We used Jennings in Codsall. My family have used Jennings for decades and previously have always been happy. My experience this time was awful and means I will not use them again nor recommend them. The problems were numerous. From being unable to reach them on the phone for most of the day after my mother died, to having to deal with a total of four different ladies whilst trying to arrange the funeral, none of whom knew what I had previously arranged so having to go through basic details again and again. Then because I had chosen a simple funeral package they said it had to be at a certain t
